All routes suggested for use on your mobility scooter have been tried out successfully.  However we will take no responsibility for any accidents or battery failure should you run into difficulties.

If you send us routes and/or photos we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the requirements of satisfying any legal  purposes.

We will never share your personal data with third parties

Information contained on the website is for general information purposes only and we assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents provided.  

We reserve the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents on the website at any time without prior notice. Scooteraway.co.uk does not warrant that the website is free of viruses or other harmful components.  

Those using mobility scooters are responsible for their own safety and are required to comply with the rules of the road.
